Return and Refund Policy
This Angels Clothing agreement is to inform you about our policy on returns and refunds.
You can return a product within 14 days from date of purchase to qualify for a credit note, exchange and refund. You need to notify Angels Clothing within the 14 days to that you will be returning your goods with proof of purchase. This could be a sales receipt or other evidence such as bank statement or packaging. We will only accept returns from the person who bought the item. It is a requirement to return the goods unused and within the deadline for returns to receive the offer of exchange, credit note and refund
We are unable to offer a refund if the customer;
· Knew an item was faulty when they bought it
· Damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves
· No longer want an item (eg because it’s the wrong size or colour)
We offer a full refund if an item is faulty
Your legal rights when you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our ‘Sale’ items are non-refundable
